Product Category: Heat Press Machine
Product Sub Category: Heat Press
Product Brand: Glory Tech Laser
EC2024EB
The process: an engraved die (or embossing plate/mould) is heated and pressed onto the leather surface, which then transfers the design — results can be raised (emboss), recessed (deboss), or simply stamped (e.g. logo, lettering) depending on the setup.
Machines may also support foil stamping, printing, perforation, cutting, or combinations of these — making them versatile for leather-goods manufacturing (bags, wallets, belts, footwear parts, covers, etc.).
Available for real leather or artificial leather, as well as some fabrics, EVA, or other materials depending on the machine’s capability.
Machines vary widely depending on intended use (small-scale, craft, or industrial). Here are typical parameters:
| Spec / Parameter | Typical Range / Details |
|---|---|
| Pressure / Force | From modest (tens of tons) to heavy duty — e.g. 40, 80, 120, 180, even 250 tons depending on model. |
| Heating Plate / Embossing Area | Common workable platen/area sizes: e.g. ~600×500 mm, or up to ~750×600 mm (or customizable). |
| Heating / Temperature Control | Heating via electric / hydraulic / steam systems; temperature adjustable. |
| Material Compatibility | Real leather, artificial/synthetic leather, some fabrics or EVA/plastic-type materials. |
| Operation Mode | Manual, semi-automatic, or fully automatic — depending on machine model / production scale. |
| Mould / Die-based Workflow | Requires an embossing die / mould (metal plate or engraved die) for pattern/logo. Dies are typically interchangeable. |
| Safety & Controls | Advanced machines often include safety mechanisms (two-hand operation, safety grating, emergency stop), digital controls for temperature/time/pressure. |
